Buchkinder Kassel e.V. has been offering children and young people a space for storytelling and artistic research since 2015. In ongoing courses, in workshops, on open workshop days and during numerous cooperation projects, the focus is on self-determined work, experiencing creative processes, openness to results and exchange within the group.

From September 14 to 22, 2022, the storytales festival organized by Buchkinder Kassel e.V. will take place for the second time at the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof. Children, young people, interested people, educators and parents are invited to look, read, listen, marvel and participate. The children's and youth book festival celebrates stories about diverse realities of life beyond established norms and stereotypes.
